Knee Pads!

Just thought I would ask the combined wisdom of this forum any ideas on best kneepads? I went through any amount of kneepads in the early years. Inserts just wrecked my trousers, others slipped down or uncomfortable. Have used the attached foam ones

Sun cream.

I'm just wondering what recommendations you have for sun cream. I tend to avoid putting it on because I haven't found one that doesn't remain sticky and you end up covered in dust and crud plus it runs into your eyes and stings. Any ideas chaps.
