Waste licence?

Does anyone know if a landscaper needs a waste disposal licence if they remove greenery and fencing/old paving etc from clients gardens, but take it to their own premises where it goes in different skips.  The skips then get collected by a waste disp

Garden flooding

Hi, 

Im having issues with my garden becoming very saturated with water and puddles forming. We are situated on a slope so the water flows down from the hill and on top of that there is a lot of rocks which might be causing the garden from soaking up
