Thank you for this reminder Fleur.
Time flys, it's now over twelve months since my last hospital admission & I still have dark days but being busy this year with work has helped. I just have to remember to not be 'too busy'
I hope everyone else is doing okay as well & I'm happy to talk to anyone about my mental illness or just to listen to them if needed.

A reminder for us to kind to ourselves and to others...
Great post Fleur - we've all been working through strange times and whilst takng extra precautions to keep staff and clients safe - its important not to neglect self care. Keeping in touch with like-minded people certainly helps with stress management. LJN is undoubtedly a brilliant resource for just that.
Surprised this thread is so empty! I'm waiting for an ADHD assessment and I wouldn't be surprised if it affects other gardeners. Are you smart but find working in a manual job suits your head? Is your invoicing always running late? Do your jobs always overrun ('time blindness)? Are you always working in a frenzy? Are you totally absorbed in the work and hate people phoning you? Do you always say 'yes' then struggle to fit everyone in? Are you always working Saturdays and silly hours? Do you get dehydrated because you forget to drink water? Always going back for something you forgot? If this describes you maybe you should do an online ADHD assessment and see your doctor! I'm 62, work faster and harder than all my lads, have had multiple stupid injuries, my work/life balance is 100/10. Help!!
