Stihl KM130 won't disengage

Ulez daily charge 12.50 not just London

Anyone else going get caught out in this my van not even done 80k miles but it's 2006 so under the new ulex charges in 2023 August. Apparantly all over London to Essex and smaller towns 😢 I feel forced to buy a new one almost.
