Mower woes

Bought a new Etesia Duocut 46 on Wednesday, broke down today. Lost all drive after squealing noises from blade brake control activation. It may just be a cable needing adjusting. Pretty shocking though on a new £1200 machine.

Access problem

Anyone got any good ideas on getting plant / materials into a back garden.

The only access is from the front. Option one is via a steep set of concrete steps - approx 12 steps high. We could board it out but I think it is just a bit too steep for push
