Soil in Compost Bins

Shredders

Wood chip depth

For a large domestic garden, would around 10cm depth of wood chip be about right for bed that contain shrubs and a few trees, gets no traffic through it. Probably about 100m2 total border size ? Should this depth help suppress the weeds without a mem
