I am sure all who have done site work will understand what has gone on here! Two contractors needed, landscapers to lift and re-site trees. Pavers then come in and complete job. Someone forgot to ring the Landscapers, that's all!

This reminds me of a faux pas when one of my neighbours decided to project manage their house renovation remotely.
They asked a builder to create a downstairs shower cubicle and separately they instructed an electrician to re-wire the house. The location of the fuseboard to be was inside the shower cubicle. None of the details were communicated between all of the trades on site.
Neither of the trades would back down and claimed they were just following instructions from the client (who clearly had not thought their plans through).
The client had to pay for the electrics to be moved to a safe place.
