Pedestrian lawn sprayer

I've been asked to price for turf maintenance, including weed spraying.  The site is always windy and I'm not happy doing it with a knapsack, I think it would need a wheeled sprayer with a shroud around the boom.  Can anyone suggest or recommend one?
