Hello m'y client has just had us construct some brick paver edge paths in one part of her garden .... she wants them filled with hoggin

Turf problems

Hi im having issues with new turf I have laid,tge ground had been prepared before hand and with top soil but after 10 days its not taking and looks quitd dead in parts and muddy,any suggestions please?
