Large mower 30” plus?

Trying to cut my mowing time down, one of my jobs is about 3hours mowing per week, with a 21" roller mower, I have tried using my hydro 80, but it just scalps as there's a few dips and bumps on the lawn, so I can anyone recommend a large walk behind
