Ramps - what are the options ?

We need some heavy duty ramps to get ride-ons into the vans. We have some of the Ali ATV folding ramps and some straight galvanised ramps but they are all load limited at 400kgs, where we really need min of 600kgs for safety purposes.

Ideally ~ 6ft with some form of securing straps or pins. Width at least for 165 tyres.

Anyone with direct experience of suitable makes ?
