No experience, but did find a Torrex folding ramp. 1600kg?
maybe this site might help?

Saw this last year and thought it was an answer to a prayer. I guess they are proper money - but less than a trailer, certainly worth a bit of research time. Made me think about a van rather than a hilux and a trailer. You will have to have a little search for them as don't have the url.
I use ATV ramps rated at 350kg each for my machines which way over 600kg
Bear in mind that's ok for 700kg so more than enough
Can you identify make/model of the ramps you use ?
We use curved ramps to get machinery in and out of vans feels alot ...
recently been looking for another set cant find the original one anywhere but ajproducts.co.uk looks promising
meant to say feels alot safer than the straight ones only downside is they dont stow away neatly
Its been along day !!
Amazon do "Harley" ramps

We use them in both vans for our 54 and 48 inch decked JD's
