Herbicide before Turf on new builds

Its over 5 sites in the Wolverhampton area, totalling around 2000sqm. 

Do we need a sprayers licence to use the herbicide?

Lawn treatments.. OK Mixing selective herbicide (thrust) with Fertiliser / Iron sulphate etc??

Have quite a few lawns to treat and fertilise..

Is it ok to mix Thrust with other treatments such as a slow release fertiliser or an Iron sulphate solution in a knapsack sprayer?

Or should i stick to seperate applications?
