Scarify before spray?

I'm going to be applying a selectivie - most likely Mogul - to a clients lawn soon, as well as scarifying, before reseeding (once interval between spray and seeding is up). Should I apply the selective before scarifying or after?

What would be the benchmark figure for kg/ha per year for NPK for lawns? I've heard different figures even though I'm sure there must be an average sum so that you can base Lawn Care programmes on it!?

Eliet lawn scarifiers

Has anyone any experience on the eliet scarifiers with the the Briggs and Stratton engines, looking at the 400 instead of the 500 with Honda engine, price being the main reason.
