whats the ground like? level sloping, concrete, soil, next to buildings, whats access like, would materials be having to be carried uphill or down hill, is it near a gypo site?

  • Sounds very cheap too me, I pressume this is all softwood??

I think Colin and Richard have hit it on the head to be honest. Not being awkward Peter, but if I asked you for a price in Wiltshire without telling you:

    Softwood / hardwood

    access

    preparation rqd.

height of deck OR is it ground level ?

    etc.

Think of it that way and you will realise why the question is unanswerable.

  • £5k????? approx-  guess @  £2/length.meter ?.....
