    we are and I have priced this up, but just trying to get some idea of the latest trends in pricing

    yeah I suppose it would, I have priced it at around £73 per sq m anyone think thats expensive

    Sounds very cheap too me, I pressume this is all softwood??

    yes it is all softwood.   what would charge in your area ?

    Prices start from the following however as previous posters have said its subject to access,existing conditions,angles,final finish details etc etc etc and thus prices will change alot. hope this helps...plus

    £100 per tread for stairs
