Back pack leaf blower seems to be leaking 2 stroke oil

Hi i have had the viking mb248 for a year now and it cuts pretty good but the lowest setting is not quite low enough. Is there any way I can adjust anything on boss such as put a spacer on to lower it 5 to 10mm.
