Best 2stroke oil for sthil

Have been using sthil 2stroke oil ie the pink/red oil, just going to change over to sthil HP super oil the green one,seems a lot thinner any thoughts on will it be better for machines ???? Thanks or any other oils which might be even better it's for

Pro honda lawn mower

Using my honda pro today one of the lads mistakenly had the setting low at the back and high at the front , would this cause any damage??,it made a grinding sound when pulled backwards thanksThe settings were 1 at the back 5 at the front so basically
