Baby oil will dissolve tree sap on your skin so you might try it on the slabs on a small area first
  • try some liothin bero this is a stone cleaner that wont make stones go rusty.
  • Nice, plain 4 star or 2 stroke mix - for the oil on the skin to keep it smooth

  • Thanks for the tip, I won the job and booked it for this week, I have found some TFR, tried it on a test area, light scrub and short 140psi blast of water and all clean and yellow, just another 398 slabs to go Thanks again.

    actual sap or aphid residue?

If sap then scrub with a solvent based degreaser or comercial vehicle traffic film remover (TFR) (preferably the caustic sort)

Pressurewashing with a proper industrial pressure washer and turbo lance will lift anythying remaining.
  • Thanks for the oil tip, got the job so might need it
