When purchasing new or replacement hand held power equipment what is your main criteria in making a choice.I thought it could be interesting to see how lj subscribers make their choices.Listed below is the criteria that I can think of. If there is any I have neglected to include then please add to the list.I have listed my top 7 in column (B) and although vibration has only just scraped in at no 7, I know it really should be number one.A) B)1 1) Performance (does the best job)2 4) Cost3 2) Build quality (durability)4 3) Ease of starting5 6) Weight6 Dealership (quality or locality)7 Resale value8 Cost and availability of replacement parts9 Warranty cover10 5) Ease of maintenance (do it yourself)11 7) Vibration12 Noise13 Pollution (fumes)14 Balance15 Availability at the time required
