Contemporary strength with classic character

Jacksons Fencing has introduced a striking new addition to its courtyard and driveway gate collection, the Whitstable gate. Designed for homeowners who value both security and visual appeal, Whitstable offers a sophisticated entrance solution that complements a wide range of property styles.

At its core, Whitstable brings together the robustness of steel with the natural charm of timber. A crisp black powder coated metal frame creates a clean, modern outline, while the vertical tongue and groove style timber infill softens the look with texture and warmth. Timber cladding is applied to both sides of the gate using Jakcure® pressure treated timber, delivering privacy and a consistently high-quality appearance from every viewpoint.

Long-term performance is built into every detail. A fully galvanised steel frame helps maintain structural integrity by reducing the risk of twisting and warping over time. Stainless steel and galvanised fixings further enhance durability, while a strong, well-designed lock is supplied as standard for dependable home security.

Each Whitstable gate is supplied with matching gate posts for correct installation and lasting stability. These posts are powder coated black as standard to align with the frame, with alternative colour finishes available on request. Where required, posts can also be timber clad to blend seamlessly with adjacent timber fencing.

Automation is also available for Whitstable, as with all Jacksons courtyard gates. Homeowners can choose convenient automated access via remote control, keypad or smart device, with safety and reliability at the forefront of every system.

True to the Designed for Life ethos, Whitstable is crafted to perform consistently while enhancing kerb appeal. It is a refined yet practical solution, built to withstand everyday use and the varied demands of the British climate.

Key features at a glance

  • Jakcure® pressure treated softwood with a 25 year guarantee
  • Galvanised steel frame for long-lasting strength and stability
  • Vertical timber infill for privacy and natural style
  • Stainless steel and galvanised fixings throughout
  • Timber cladding on both sides for a uniform finish
  • Powder coated black posts supplied as standard with bespoke options available
