Gardening & Landscaping Recruitment

This year's been a real struggle to find good landscaping and gardening staff to join our team up in Scotland, has anybody else been having issues this year? for some reason nobody wants to work. We now have a full diary and still lots of inquiries coming in with a huge waiting list which is frustrating as we would like the business to grow restricted by staffing.

Has anybody got any recruitment tips ?
