  I had the same with a used Etesia and bought a new box from the local dealer. I did see one on ebay once, but it was as much as the new one when I included postsage!

  Thank you for the replies gents. I bought the mower on eBay at about 9pm last night and the guy drove down from Yorkshire and delivered it this evening! Will try it out in the morning and then decide if I'm going to order online or drive up to Stafford and get one.

  Just to say that I am very pleased with the service from mowerspareparts.co.uk. After ordering on Monday, I received a text on Tuesday confirming that it would be delivered on Wednesday and then received a text Wednesday morning confirming a 1 hour time window for delivery! Needless to say, it arrived during the allotted time ( I had come back especially). Top service, thank you.

  Thanks for the positive comments Darren, I have just given Etesia an order for new models so we will be listing more parts in the next few weeks for Etesia and others.
