Waiting for a BR600 to come down the M4

Went to my local dealers on the 10th April to purchase a new Stihl BR600 blower. Turned up and there was none in stock. Asked when there would be any coming in and was told that they were overdue a delivery as the local council was waiting for three machines. they phoned stihl at Camberley while I was there and they said they were ready for delivery, but would not give a date of dispatch. Dealer said that they should have them in by the end of the week at the latest. They did not turn up so the dealer borrowed me there's for a few days. It's the 26th today and still no sign of them (2 weeks 1 day). I have been using my dealer for over the past ten years and have bought a lot of kit off them, I have always had great service of my local dealer, I have found them faultless. So know there not pulling the wool over my eyes

 

I just cannot understand that four Br600 have been sold with customers waiting to collect them and there sat in a warehouse in Sussex

    I bought one last month from my local dealer.  It arrived with them the next day and I went to collect it that afternoon.  Easy.  Sorry to hear your having such bother.

    It's finally arrived, had a call off my dealer lunchtime to say it had come in. Picked it up this afternoon, along with various other consumables

    I use D.Williams and Sons at Pontlliw, just outside Pontardulais. Always have, always been very helpful
