Trying to get through to Agratech - frustration!

Has anyone managed to get through to this company on the phone or ever get a reply to an email or telephone message?They seem to be constantly engaged and I wonder if there are any genuine issues! I bought a sprayer from them and need to get the lid replaced. The only email I got was Chris asking me to send the existing lid to him for 'inspection'. I replied to say I couldn't as I use the sprayer daily and from then on, nothing!
