To explain, we work with Phil and others to exhibit their work at our Nursery, for free, no commision, just a pure Trade price. All leads are referred to the Supplier as in this case, one of of customers takes one of Phil's catalogues then orders directly, and we know nothing about this until we read about it on LJN.
