Expression of Interest to deliver a Grounds Maintenance Service in the Midlands

 

Please note that the closing date for expressions of interest is 22 April 2011.

 

Raglan Housing Association wishes to invite expressions of interest from suitably experienced firms to provide a grounds maintenance service to around 70 sites in the Midlands.

 

This is a large combination of rural and urban areas with concentrations of sites in Leicestershire, Shropshire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Bedfordshire.

The intention is to split the contract into 2 Lots

 

  • Midlands Lot 1: (Broadly Leicestershire, Shropshire, Nottinghamshire, and Derbyshire)
    Comprising c 40 sites; value approx £75,000 pa
  • East Lot 2: (Mainly Bedfordshire.)
    Comprising c 30 sites; Value approx £50,000 pa

Bidders may bid for more than one lot.

It is proposed to let a contract for this work for 12 months from 2nd September 2011, with the possibility to extend it for a further 48 months.
