Hi, I use my HSA94's with the shoulder harness braces gizmo which has the battery holster attached to it, so am not familiar with attaching the pouch itself to one's own belt. I wonder if it is intended to be attached to the actual Stihl battery belt that they sell
Are the one our dealer said we didn't need, but this morning when we called told us ours is the first he has sold 😡
Yes maybe well worth getting the belt with the shoulder harness straps as they spread the weight a bit and stop the belt sliding down ones snake like hips
The velcro makes a loop so the belt goes behind loop and the velco fits onto itself, if you try to put the belt trought the velcro it lets go. I can post a picture if you need one.
I wouldn't mind seeing a picture if it's not too much trouble
Yes, a pic would be good thanks Dave. I went to our supplier today, and they had no idea :(
with the stihl battery belt a good feature is that you can slide the battery pouch around to a different location if its annoying you. I wouldn't want it weighing down my actual belt that holds up my trouser
The battery holster that i have has 2 loops. One small that exyends up from the top inside edge and looks like it is designed to be a belt loop. It is useless and gives up almost instantly. The bigger loop on the back of the holster works fine.no issuses. Poor design on the small loop😒
i have a feeling that top loop is designed for feeding the cable through so that you can alter the working length
I also have the shoulder strap addition. Works well, I've never had a problem with it and it has always been comfortable (I was sceptical before buying it)
