Stiga

Be grateful for any for any comments on forum members who use Stiga ride ons with mid mount deck, not the outfronts. I.E Reliability, quality of cut ( mulching) along with the model they are using.

  • I have a client with the mountfield version and as far as im aware the only difference is the colour. I dont know the actuall model, but i think the cut is around 40".

    Its not the best machine, I often have to unblock the grass shoot even in dry grass, I havent mulched with it, but I did have a play with the mulch kit and it seemmed to fit well so cant see and issue there. It wont be up to commercial operations though, I dont think it would like more than 5 hours a week before it would know about it.
