Sthil long reach not working with cutter attached

As above, works fine , attach long reach cutter and it stalls and wont restart.  Hedge cutter works fine when turning drive shaft with pliers. Head unit km55 seems to  work fine on it's own. It's just had a new carb, but seems ok with it, revs ok.

Clutch issues? Anything else it can be before I throw money at it?

    Just checked again it will rev but it wont hold max throttle...

    Hi Edward, is the throttle cable tight enough? I find on the combi 130r, if not tight enough it won't rev properly.

    Oh and the usual.... Its the spark and air filter clean or do they need replacing. Doest the carb need adjustment.

    Check to see if the carb is still screwed on tight and no air is getting past it.

      Ooo I like games! The spark wasn't screwed in proper? I know.... You had the fuel pipes round the wronge way?

    Blade bolt too tight, or missing slider washer maybe?
