Crossbar / Holster (same product) is good. As is Greenor / Interfix. As for safety, its amenity approved, read label, apply correctly and advise clients appropriate times for children and pets to stay off. May require 2nd, but beware dry weather though.
Thanks for the responses and other recommendations, much appreciated. Looking online at the product labels, it seems the usual conditions apply regarding livestock being kept off for two weeks.

Polax for smallish garden or Praxys for larger areas - modern mix of three active ingredients. Excellent on speedwell..amenity approval. Safe for kids and animals once dry....but keep off for as long as possible to let it go to work...

Just to clarify, the livestock / 2 weeks condition is for grazing animals.
Thanks Andrew. I have a client asking about Praxys now. I presumed as no pet warnings anywhere on info labels it is safe once dry. Good to know.
