The CS100 was officially launched at the recent SALTEX show.Aimed squarely at the landscape contractor, the professional gardener and home-owners the CS100 is a development of GreenMech's popular GM 100 model. Compact and manoeuvrable the CS100 can easily be loaded onto trailers and into vans The new machine offers superb performance on mixed materials up to 4” (100mm) in diameter.A GreenMech CS100 chipper has been purchased to help manage the North Ledaig Caravan Club Site near Oban in the west of Scotland. The park wanted to dispose of the woody green waste produced at the site in an environmentally friendly manner and needed a machine that was easy to manoeuvre, yet robust and durable. In order to assess the available machines a series of demonstrations were arranged focusing on equipment that would cope with a range of material up to 4 inches in diameter, including old dry material and fresh shrub, tree and hedge prunings such as gorse, sycamore, conifer and willow.
