Scheduled site maintenance

Please accept my sincere apologies for not informing you of the scheduled maintenance by the Ning creators . Scheduled maintenance is common but it is usually swift and carried out whilst the majority of people are sleeping so there is not normally a disruption to service. The latest maintenance was obviously a bigger job and over-run into our morning time. You might be wondering why Ning was chosen in the first place and the site not built by developing a stand-alone site. I discussed this with Craig (I had already tried to launch a forum on Landscape Juice) and it was decided that we should not try and re-invent the wheel. Ning are experts in developing the tools for us to do the job which leaves us time to focus on doing our job of creating the best possible community that we can. Thanks for your patience and I will use this thread as an advanced warning of future down-times. Regards Phil
