Cut this Privet hedge about 4 months ago and customer commented the one area hadn't grown much when I cut it recently and on closer inspection seems to have som sort of mould on the leaves , is it treatable do you think?
Looks to me more like a nutrient deficiencie than mould, try giving it feed but make sure it's not high in nitrogen as this could cause too much sappy growth, try a liquid seaweed feed too.

what dave colton said but just check the base to make shore its not honey fungus
+1 nutrients most likely. Bronzing on new growth could be phosphorous in particular but trace elements with a touch of broad spec fertiliser NPK + sulphur, calcium & magnesum is ideal, but not too much N at this stage. Amvista Phyter is a mix of seaweed, phosphites & Humic acids to root drench at this stage followed by Arborgold slow release shrub fert in March...
Thanks guys , much appreciated .
