For the scarifier I will charge £40 per day and break it up over the jobs for that day per hour.
For moss killer, seed and feed I've worked it out at 75p per square metre.
So as a ball park figure for 100m squared...
0.75 x 100 = £75
scarifier = £20
3.5 hours labour = £55
Total = £150
does this sound about right what everyone else would charge or am I way off the mark??

unless doing deep scarification I would suggest top dressing the lawn afterwards - this will also act as a seed bed for the grass and also aid germination.
What would you do if you can't get anymore scarification jobs?
Personally and it is all down to what your location would support, charge out at:
Moss treatment £50 to £75
Scarification (hire charge plus labour) £100 - £125
Top dressing and re-seeding £100 - £200 depending upon your cost to get the materials
Also seriously consider feeding the lawn as part of the top dressing stage as this will help the lawn recover from the stress and also aid recovery etc.
Have you included waste disposal charges? Nothing to suggest you have unless you are leaving green waste on site?
Basically double your price. You have at least two visits, you need to pick up the hire equipment, topdressing, seeds etc - all time and money. You would probably want to offer a follow up visit a week or two after re-seeding to check on progress. It all adds up.
