Personnally I would say yes!
So for me i will never use one again I will always go with the extra pair of hands.
We used it on all sorts of jobs where it was impossible to use a dumper or maintain a good a safe working practice with wheel barrows over long periods.
I would say it paid for itself time and time again (it was economical too).
I would also add that at times the landscape gangs opted to use it on site when an ordinary push mower would have been more flexibly, practical and time efficient.
Have a look at this electric barrow by Mower Magic. It is described as suitable for landscaping but I disagree.
I can see one being useful on a nursery site (even with a flat bed for carrying plants) but I cannot see a landscape workforce taking enough care - at £469.00 for the basic kit it is a bit pricey too - any thoughts?

this is the best power barrow i have hired over the years is a tracked skid steer, high lift, dumper with a loading bucket its a bit like this one i found at hss hire, take the soil out, and load the hardcore,
