New research into the impact of a recession on employees

Researchers at the Universities of Nottingham and Ulster have found that there is a significant rise in the number of workers that suffered from work stress during an economic downturn.

The report also found the number of employees taking time off due to job stress increased during tough economic times.

The Health and Safety Executive HSE is keen to get your comments about your organisation's experiences. Do they mirror the research? Have you taken extra measures to counteract the effect? What did you do and how successful was it?
