    The contract, to me, is a combination of specification, schedule of visits, terms of contract, and an acceptance email/letter/call/text! Is it terms you are looking for?

    We break down and istemise the work we anticipate to carry out over a 12 month period, giving frequency of visits, to bring(or keep) the garden in good order 'in accordance with good gardening practice".  We will undertake to clear away all arisings for recycling, or sometimes compost on site.  We then quote a price for the year to be paid in 12 monthly payments. 

     

    A formal acceptance is then enough for me.
