Great step forward. It should take the guess work out of creating 'legal' documents and help numerous people on LJN (me included) get their business' professional and legally watertight when dealing with suppliers, clients and employees.

Can I just ask if these documents are applicable to Scottish law?

Unfortunately some documents don't comply with Scottish law at present. I've asked LEGAL365 the question and I'll report back asap.
To determine if a document is legal, look at the top and you'll see little boxes with the country's initials. If it's greyed out (bottom example image) then it's not available but if its coloured in (top image) then its legally permitted.
