Now I bet you are going to say the client wants to spend a few hundred max!
£600 is around the mark I was thinking. A little more though 'cause of the extent of the weeding. Needs to be a good job, may take time. Unfortunately it all needs to go through the house so strimmer and rakes it is! The joys.

HOW ON EARTH WILL YOU GET THAT THROUGH THE HOUSE ? IMPOSSIBLE good job otherwise, but id be tempted to find a gate/hole to your trailer / skip on roadway......... ive done plenty of this . just cleared an old orchard 1/6 acre ...............used mini-digger last month , sprayed and trimmed hedges again £1810 . we did cut back/trim lots trees? round the edges though. and high hollys. 5/6 different visits in total.
Jungle management indeed!!
We do a lot of these sorts of jobs but this I must say takes the biscuit when you think about dragging it all through the house! There is absolutely no access from any other side! I'll see if I can get away with burning some or maybe just suffice with chipper. Better cost-in for tidying the house up too I suppose! Maybe get the wife in for that!
And thanks for reminding me about factoring in the cups of tea and biscuits. Good thinking.
Definately an £800er, yeah.
I'll post the afters once its done.
if it was london i'd understand - but gardens are only 1/4 of the size max !!!!
We did a similar job. It was impossible to have a skip because of double yellow lines and access was extremely limited so we built a fire pit from old bricks, approximately two metres diameter and half a metre deep. The fire was very hot but quite safe. All the waste, even very green, burned away. We dug the ashes into the soil and amazingly the bricks were still good to build a little wall afterwards. The job took two days and we charged just under £400. Good luck and looking forward to seeing the 'after' pix.
