It was spread over many visits and phone discussions. Face to face sessions were both classroom technical and outside practical. I think it spanned a couple of months. I was probably one of the early "customers" and so I think now things can be more formal via different short courses etc. I needed / wanted a lot, but others may need less; so for real costs I think best to contact Richard and go through whats needed for you.
