    Thanks Phil, I've always said in many posts that the BusinessLink web site is a fanastic resource form small business, along with the FREE seminars they run at regional level. I've had nothing but positive help from Business Link in Woking, Surrey.

    We have regular updates and phone chats, offering help, training, advice on grants etc etc. It costs us nothing, but is worth a huge amount.

    I don't understand why people don't use the resources/help available to them.............?
