Flexible approach to Creating Landscapes

We are making some very positive progress with the new Creating Landscapes trade show and I'm thrilled that two more exhibitors have signed up this week.

Whilst Creating Landscapes is very much a traditional exhibition in many ways - companies with great products pitching in front of a wide industry audience - we have demonstrated, quite early on, just how different and dynamic we can be.

For example, whilst Creating Landscapes is a physical event, our virtual exhibition and showcase adds more than one extra layer of publicity and PR that no other exhibition I know of, offers to its exhibitors.

Exhibitors are not only getting their link and logo added to the show website - which will not only remain in place leading up to and during the event but it will will also remain for the following twelve months.

During these following twelve months - leading up to the 2012 show - we will continue offer our exhibitors an opportunity to have their news added to the website: this can be editorial, interviews, photos or video.

Flexible stand sizes

During the consultancy period when the plans for the show were being formulated we sought your thoughts on a number of things.

One of the constant themes of your replies was the minimum exhibition space. Because we had set the minimum so high - 12 square metres - it was perceived to be prohibitive to some LJN business.

The last thing I want to see it any single or person who's supported the network to not have an opportunity to attend Creating Landscapes as an exhibitor so we've this week had a rethink on the indoor stand spaces.

Simon has been to the Capel Manor venue this week and will be reformulating the indoor exhibition area which means we will be able to offer much smaller stand to you.

Please bear in mind that when I say small, we still have to be practical so if you do ask for a smaller stand, please make yourself aware of what this area feels like in a physical sense and that it is sufficient for your needs.

You will also have to bear in mind that should you require a shell scheme then there may be a minimum size.

If you're contemplating attending as an exhibitor but you are still unsure or you would like to talk to someone first then please contact me philipvoice@gmail.com or Stephen stephen.ingram@catalystevents.co.uk
