here in the midlands they normally flower as far back as i can remember. but can recall when these used to be sold as house plants before people started planting them outside
Great plants . They do flower in the North but sometimes erratically
Had Two 15 ft Cordylines flower for the first time this year estimated to be over 35 years old .
Not unusual here in the South East, but only noticed them this morning on one of our larger sites flowering really well alongside the Mahonia Charity.
One of my favourite plants love the tropical look.
