Explore the Wibiya toolbar on LJN

You might have noticed that a strange green bar appeared and disappeared at the foot of the LJN page several times yesterday? I spent some time installing and configuring the WIBIYA toolbar to see if it would work well enough to become a permanent feature on the network. So far I have been impressed; although sometimes I have had to clear my cache to refresh the tool bar - I don't think cache clearing is acceptable on an ongoing basis so I'll keep it monitored. So far I have added Google and Bing and site search (try it, it's very powerful - use the pop-up arrow menu to change your search choice. There is a LJN network list for twitter (please let me know if you don't see your Twitter account and I'll add it to the list). The 'UP' arrow will fly you back to the top of the page without scrolling. The drop down 'online editing' menu will reveal two (others will be added over time) creatives; the first is the Pixlr image editing tool. Pixlr is a similar tool to Photoshop and you can edit images and create ew effects; the cool bit is, you don't have to leave LN to do it as it's all integrated. There's a simple logo editor too. There are links to Landscape Juice and Hort Week meaning you can read those site's content without leaving LJN. Note: I have written to HW to clarify that I'm not breaching their copyright policy and I will report back should they object. On the right is the LJN Facebook page and LJ's Twitter page. The site notification allows a short message to be displayed from time to time. I hope you like it and we can monitor it together and tweak it to suit our needs.
