depends on the definition of what self employed means i suppose, if somebody is working for you full time then maybe they are employed by you rather than them self
Well he runs a Martial arts business. And he helps me 4-5 days a week 4-5 hours a day. So I'm getting him in as a self employed labour worker
part- time then, that might be ok.as it is not his only work
I think it depends on what you have asked your insurance to cover you for. My wife and I work together, and we occasionally use friends/family as casual labour, so have 3 manual workers insured on our policy - just to cover our backs really.
