One of ,y clients has a large number of Box in a formal garden. Due to the damp conditions this year blight has taken hold. my only solution is to replace with something like Lonicera nitidea but before we do that I would like to try a chemical agent.
The latest I've seen from the RHS is that Fungicides don't eradicate the blight but some may control it.
Does anyone know otherwise please?

Sorry I did a cut and paste and the text sizes have changed!
We are spraying and it does seem to be keeping it reasonably at bay. Still get damage - but also regrowth. I can send you a copy of our spraying regime if you like - you would need to email me.
