Hi Paul,
It's been around for quite some time - definitely useful to bring it to people's attention. I successfully sued a bad debtor a couple of years ago using this as the starting point. It makes the initial process of issuing a summons very straight forward.
Anybody else had to resort to taking this path in the past year or so? If so, what was your experience of it?
Thanks.
My experience? think hard before committing time, energy and more expense to this process! No guarantee of success and it can be a lot of grief.

Agree with Rose, these things can cause so much stress. Sometimes its better to just wipe your nose and move on, although depends how much money you are owed

Points taken onboard, ta.
Very hard at times to 'wipe your nose', but agree it makes sense overall.
