Alko Mowers

Hi,I'm thinking about buying an Alko 4610HPD mower. Does anyone have any experience with Alko mowers in general? To give some background to my question, I don't cut many lawns - maybe one or two per week, each one taking between 1hr and 1.5 hrs. I intend to keep it that way as I generally find lawns tedious and they mess up my schedule if the ground is too waterlogged.Because of this I don't want to spend masses. This alko model seems like a reasonable compromise between cost and functionality. Its priced at £360 (70litre collector, Honda engine, 46cm cut).Cheers, Ben

Thanks for the reply. The older Hayters do seem to have a good reputation. I had toyed with the idea of picking up a 2nd hand mower, but have decided I'd rather buy new, mowers are unreliable beasts in my experience. Maybe I've just been unlucky?! Plus I need one fairly quickly!
