As far as i am aware search engines love sites with lots of useful text content which is updated regularly. But how often is best and is it possible to go over the top and have a ridiculously large website?

After the usual pages -  home, about us, services, gallery, contact us etc the ideal way to update a site seems to be by adding regular articles or having a blog on it.

I could add an article every month or so and probably do that for a few years (unless I got bored and gave up).

  • if you could add an article every month, - don't use a website, - use a blog site.

easier to make, you can have all your basic details on there, but you can show your expertise with your articles

Thanks Claire for your reply. Not sure my website provider supports blogs but i'll give it a go, otherwise will have to link to my LJN blog page.
