Acid reactions on sandstone slabs

Hi, I have just spoke to a Customer of mine whos patio i cleaned with a hydroclauric acid a few days ago as we spilt some muck on it whilst laying it. The probolem now is that iron deposits arising from the slabs! I was wondering if any one knew of a product or solution to my probolem? hope you can help me!

    hey Kieran

    replace the infected area, next time keep a bucket of clean water and a soft hand brush next to you and clean / prepare each unit for pointing once youve installed them, this will also help you to remove the pva painted to the underside of all natural paving, still im sure you'll have a number of solutions posted back. so its really up to you what you decide for the best.
