MO Bacter Organic Lawn Fertiliser Anyone any experience??

I see this wonderful new product that apparently eats moss and fertilises your grass!!!! Anyone any experience or knowledge please. Someone once told me that if it sounds too good to be true.....or am I just a cynic?

Scarifier blades

I've an old Sisis scarifier which has the spring tines on it rather than the blades...... always works fine though hard work as its not self propelled! Whats the advantage of one type over the other...... most scarifiers seem to use the blades though

Fertilizer numbers

This might be a silly question but its always puzzled me concerning the NPK values on fertilizers. Is a fertilizer marked up as say 16:8:8 (just a random one I've made up) exactly the same as one marked up as 8:4:4 or even 4:2:2 or is the 16:8:8 same
