Staining pressure treated wood for planters

Hello all,

I need to make some planters for a client, they want them staining grey. I was going to use pressure treated timber or decking then stain it, however I've been told you have to wait 3-6 months as the pressure treatment will repel the stain.

Postcrete with small posts

Evening all,

I'm looking for some advice on using postcrete. It advises one bag per post, but the posts I will be using on a job will only be 4 ft (3ft above ground) so can I get away with perhaps 2/3 of a sack per post?
